Every Donation Counts & May Save A Life

As many as one in five women will experience a mood disorder in pregnancy or the postpartum period (PPMD). She may feel sad, worried, alone, hopeless or ashamed. Often, a mother is not sure where to begin seeking help and to begin fully enjoying motherhood as she had imagined.

The Pregnancy and Postpartum Resource Coalition (PPRC) a non-profit organization that was founded in January of 2004 to help mothers and families struggling with a mood disorder such as depression and/or anxiety. Our mission is to improve the emotional well-being of families before and after the birth of a child. We provide three primary services to women and providers in the Kansas City metro area and beyond, including phone support, support groups, and additional referrals and resources these mothers and families may need.

We are truly grateful for your kindness. Although the individuals we serve remain confidential and you do not personally see the impact of your donation, we have seen the relief and can attest:  it transforms their lives.

Any amount is helpful to PPRC’s mission of supporting women and men!
